[amsat-bb] KCT Board Question?

I recently moved by KCT board to a newer computer and I'm having a 
problem with the base address for the board.

NOVA does not recognize the board at the default 3E0. I randomly tried a 
few others with no success. Is their anyway to determine
a free address or just trial and error?
