[amsat-bb] FG/W9AE Guadelupe DX-pedition

Wayne is currently on AO-40, but his conditions are degenerating rapidly due 
to the satellite elevation.  He informs me next Wednesday evening, from 2300Z 
to 0100Z, will be his next and last opportunity to work AO-40.
