That was because I was talking to him on the phone. After explaining the
amateur radio satellite "golden rule", he was apologetic and quite
embarrassed. We then tuned up 20 KHz ABOVE the Net and had a pleasant
QSO.
 
Nice guy, BTW.

Interestingly he is not in QRZ, but he is in BuckMaster and the FCC
database.
I have obtained his phone number, but the line is busy.  I'll try him
later.
BuckMaster also lists his E-Mail address.
