Well I am near Woburn perhaps 15 miles to your SW!

With an FMATV receiver running at 2408 I can see a plain blank picture so I
guess that it is a video sender or a security camera perhaps? The 2398
signal you are seeing/detecting may be a sound subcarrier?

I am not home during daylight until the weekend but will report further then
if you like.

The RX has a RUH dish and preamp at 30'
