Observation FO20



Note FO20.
if to some station of command can interest:
There were not other QSO to the moment on  downlink if not some 2m qrm/noise
from the transponder.
During this local orbit:
FUJI 20 - at JN46ME
16.feb.2003 - 12.47UTC
[orb.61026] ref. ->NorthP.

during a normal CQ oddly to the 12:47UTC with a "click", FO20 didn't give
signs of life anymore, despite acquirable orbit still.
Of signal hit 59 to complete void, as had extinguished or commuted anything
to less than the known threshold problem list of the batteries.
