[amsat-bb] QSL info needed

Back on December 7, 2002 I had a (very) brief contact with HB9DGZ via FO-20.
It was just barely above the horizon at both ends.

I haven't been able to find any address or E-mail for this station...does
anyone have any ideas on where to look?  It would be a new country for me.
