[amsat-bb] Storno cqf-614 What is it?

I have purchased a job lot of ex commercial radio equipment and 
dishes,,FOR AO40 USE YES!!!
One thing that caught my eye is a STORNO cqf-614.Looked on the 
net,poor results! can anyone tell me what it is??
