[amsat-bb] K Band

I plan to operate during the K Band window today 03Feb03 beginning at ~ 1902 
UTC. Look for me ~ 20 kHz below the beacon. Squint angles don't look to be 
very good again, but WX conditions are favorable. Let's hope for good signals.
