[amsat-bb] KPC-3 MHeard problem

I'm using my old KPC-3 with PACTERM to monitor ISS and PC-SAT.  Somehow I
can't get he MHeard command to work.   I receive packets from the sats just
fine and can read them on the screen, but when I go to MHeard, there is
nothing there.  Any ideas?
