[amsat-bb] Station with no audio on UO-14 pass at 2330Z

To the station whose call ends with EAF, you had a minimal percentage of 
audio on this particular pass of UO-14, essentially it was blank carrier each 
time you attempted to make a call.

So if you are ???EAF (or something close to that) and you were on UO-14 at 
2330Z during the entire pass, and made no contacts...don't raise your 
power...that was fine...find a local receiver and please fix your audio.
