  I heard today (Jan 30) on K-band around 19:48 +/- at least 
one station returning my call, but I couldn't identify the 
other call sign. Who did call OE1VKW ??
Low signal levels ( probably due to not perfect weather conditions,
low elevation, not ideal squint angles ), QSB and frequency drift 
(starting with around 6 kHz/min down to 1 kHz/min) make a complete QSO 
pretty difficult.
