[amsat-bb] Rudak sched. change and Left Coast :-(

Just an whiny observation...
I suppose we're just the victim of unfortunate geography, but moving Rudak later in the orbit doesn't help the West coast into Europe...our op time keeps getting cut in half :-(
e.g. I've been looking forward to February when MA=128 was just before our AOS, but to no avail.
