How quickly we assume the worst!

Looking at a 3D projection of the orbit, it looks to me that even at 25
degrees or so squint, the possibility was that the beacon would just be too
weak to hear.  Perhaps in some orientations of the bird at particular points
in the orbit, that's the case.

That's what I'm assuming.

It's fine now...
