[amsat-bb] SO50 active over EU today

Hi All
SO50 was active over Europe this morning on the 10-54 pass
I could get into the bird with only 1w erp but 10w erp gave a more readable 
signal, there seemed to be a 1 second delay before the transponder came on 
but it went off as soon as I dropped the ptt.
