LMR 400 with carefully installed crimp-on N connectors. Clamp-on connectors
should be just as good. Avoid the two piece, solder-on connectors.
Waterproof the connections even though good N connectors are fairly
watertight by themselves.

I will need a short N male to N male run from the 2.4 preamp
to the Drake 2880. Maybe a foot possibly more to the rear
of the dish.
What is everyone using for cable at this freq?
