[amsat-bb] Yaesu 5400 rotator problem

If the antenna is moving as normal in elevation, then it could be the
rotor pot has gone bad inside the rotor. I recently had to repair my
rotor for the same symptom. First, make sure your control cable
connections haven't come loose at the antenna.
