[amsat-bb] Help with AIDC-3731 down converter

Hi,

I need some information to help a friend who is repairing an AIDC-3731AA
down converter. We would ideally like a schematic, if such a thing
exists, but in particular would like to know the type of transistor used
in the last stage before the IF output.
