[amsat-bb] VP5 on AO40, 13-20 Feb???

F1NGP reported on the "AO40 Logger" message board that VP5 (Turks and
Caicos) will be active on AO40 from 13-20 February.

Does anybody on amsat-bb know any details about that?  Who is the operator?
Will they be on any other satellites?  It's probably somebody who is there
for the ARRL DX CW contest, 15-16 February.
