[amsat-bb] Date format on AMSAT-BB

Could we all please use a date format day(number) month(word) year(number)
(little/big/bigger) ie 18JAN03?  Or some other standard that everyone is
happy with.  I keep doing a double take when I see 2003 lends up having so
many months!!
I guess I am up for a flaming from the metric/imperial crowd.
