I think QRP days on a regularly scheduled basis would be great. Monday
night, 13 Jan, I was just able to copy my ssb signal with just 1/2w into the
antenna or an EIRP of 6.4w. Bumping the power on up to 5w or an EIRP of 64w
made QSOs quite easy except for the AGC fading. I would suggest we define
QRP for AO-40 as less than 100w EIRP.
Would it be best to designate a QRP day such as Thursday each week? Or
perhaps a QRP weekend each month would work better.
