[amsat-bb] Ktrack users

Please note that there is a bug in the new (and old?)
version of ktrack that causes it to hang on geosynchronous
satellites.  I loaded up the elements with weather satellites
and the Goes, Indra, etc. satellites just hang the program.
Luc is aware and knows what the fix should be. Do NOT
load geo's into this version.
