Your question about Keps for the Sun intrigued me. Now, I'm no expert but I
believe Keplarian Elements only define orbits for bodies traveling around
the earth.  It has been pretty well proven that the Sun doesn't [hi hi]. I
checked my Nova software and the "Keps" listed for the Sun are all zero [out
to 7 or 8 places!] except Mean Motion which shows "1.00000000".

I know this post doesn't help you except perhaps in a negative way. Good
