[amsat-bb] SaudiSat-1c

On the 2022 UTC (06-Jan-03) SaudiSat-1c pass (5 degree elevation) I worked 
N4ZQ, KD4APP, KE4AZN and W0SAT - not bad for such a low pass.  The 2200 UTC 
(06-Jan-03) SaudiSat-1c pass had an 88 degree elevation, but I didn't hear 
a thing - not a peep out of the bird!  The 2342 UTC (06-Jan-03) SaudiSat-1c 
pass was a west pass for me with 9 degree elevation, and again, not a peep 
heard.  Apparently SaudiSat-1c was not on for those last two passes.
