The beacon is also off during perigee eclipses. Currently it will be off from MA = 244 to 2

My question was not about perigee.
I'm wondering why the transponder doesn't switch on at MA 40-45 instead of MA50, and switch off at MA 210-215 instead of MA200. Signals are still quite good when the transponder switches off at MA200.
