Please cease PCSAT transmissions today.
PCsat reset overnight over Europe and we are trying to get it back into
low-power conservation mode. We will try hard for a day or so, and so it
will be nice if everyone goes QRT to give us a chance to get back into
positive power budget.

Here is the chronology:
> 01 Jan 2003:
> at 1917z still OK as PCSAT-1 #344 00111111 Over EUR in Dark
> at 1945z had reset to W3ADO-1 #002 11111111 First light after Europe
> at 2124z had reset to W3ADO-1 #001 11111111 First Light after Europe
> at 2145z VK2XGJ restored PCSAT-1 #021 00111111
> at 2220z it was still PCSAT-1 #056 11111111
> AT 2304Z IT RESET to W3ADO-1 #001 11111111 First light after Europe
> 02 Jan 2003:
> at 0012z it made it to W3ADO-1 #068 11111111
> at 0048z it RESET to W3ADO-1 #001 11111111 First light after Europe
> at 0154z it made it to W3ADO-1 #066 11111111 volts were 150/151
> at 0632Z VK2XGJ restored PCSAT-1 #044 00111111.... did a full
> at 0815Z VK2XGJ restored PCSAT-1 #016 00111111... did a full
* at 1230z W4EPI Atlanta reports sigs too weak to connect in dark
* at 1410z N6CO in Calif reports sigs too weak to connect in dark
