[amsat-bb] XP and SASI Tracker

Hi All:  I just upgraded to a PC running Windows XP.  Unfortunately, the
software and driver for my SASI Tracker won't run on it.  Can anyone
refer me to an XP compatible driver and "Rotor.exe" program for
