Re: PSK-31 Questions
Everyone transmits for the full 8 minute duration of the pass because it
is full duplex. THey use multi-rx-decode software so they are listeining
to everyone at once..
Donno how they are going to make sense out of it, but is like being in a
CHAT room. I guess...
