I assume this enforcement was because the ERP was above the part-15
allowed figure.  But would this have also applied to an amateur operating
the same link on one of the amateur 2.4 Ghz frequencies that is included
in these off-the-shelf lan devices?  Just curious.  I have not beeing
following the WI-FI issues...   Bob
