[amsat-bb] Fodtrack under linux with Predict

Hello,

Over the weekend I wrote a small tool, that will emulate an easytrack rotor 
interface using an pseudo terminal device. It will allow you to use predict 
with the fodtrack rotor interface to point your antennas to any satellite.
