Actually, the transponder is linear, so CW, and other narrow band modes
could also be used as in the case of Novices in ZL land. Just like
with PCsat, we will publish a "user service agreement" that tells
users exactly what kind of operation is expected and we will manage
the passband as needed to let the most folks play with the most toys.
P.S. It will NOT be on all the time! The FM downlink is more power than
we have all the time, so this transponder will need to be activated on an
orbit by orbit basis depending on power budget.
