I had a high pass this morning but couldn't even decode any frames from IO-26 on
this pass - I'll try again later. I also had UPW transmitting to IO-26 but
didn't get anything through.

Is IO-26 definitely digipeating?
I have no antennas ATM after a weather accident, but I can't ever remember
successfully digipeating through IO-26. I know there was some talk of
switching this on back in April 2001 but I never had any success.
The UPW program definitely works on AO-16.
