[amsat-bb] Re: IO-26 PSK beacon

I observed yesterday IO-26 PSK signals on 435.812 MHz of
the center frequency. It also now appears to be transmitting
on 435.812 lower than 435.822 of the published downlink freq.
Today, I observed again the frequency from IO-26 as follows.
