UO-11 just 100000 on 31 Oct 2002

I wrote the following report at 14 Jul 2002.
I confirmed that UO-11 actually passed over just 100000
at 14:21:25 UTC, 31 Oct 2002 as follows .

SB KEPS @ AMSAT $ORB02304.N
2Line Orbital Elements 02304.AMSAT
HR AMSAT ORBITAL ELEMENTS FOR AMATEUR SATELLITES IN NASA FORMAT

The epock time 303.97321189 is 23:21:25 UTC, 30 Oct 2002.
Then Orbit Number is 99990.
One orbit is apploximately 90 minutes, so 10 orbit is 15 hours.
Therfore, 14:21:25 UTC, 31 Oct 2002.
