I have been looking at the available information to keep from transmitting
into the down converter. I would be curious to know how others have solved
this problem and also if anyone has come up with a way to quickly disable
(and reenable) the 144Mhz transmitter. I found a PTT inhibit in the setup,
but it applies to all transmitters not just the one.
I plan to use a splitter on the downlink line and was thinking of putting a
couple of diodes across the feed into the radio. This should cause the radio
to go into SWR shutdown if I do transmit.
Any ideas?
