[amsat-bb] APRS/PCsat talk at Ga-Tech ATLANTA details

Here are more details:  The talk will be in the Architecture building and
talk in is on the Ga-Tech repeater 145.15 PL167.9.  Another repeater is
wide area 146.82 with PL 146.2.

Ga-Tech map.  Building is 75 or 76. Follow signs.
