Amsat-UK announces that this minimum charge is hereby waived forthwith.

Our Secretary Jim is going to the Ft Worth bash; if anyone wants him to 
specifically bring a copy for them then please e-mail him direct at 
g3wgm@amsat.org so that he can bring enough copies.
