[amsat-bb] Stateside Time Change

Just a quick reminder...

For those that live in areas affected by the time change (rolling the clocks 
back 1 hour). 

Don't forget to make sure you correct your tracking programs. 

Some will do it automatically however, Pocketsat, Pocketsat +, PSatellite and 
many others will need operator intervention.
