On Fri, 25 Oct 2002, Paul Williamson prohibited the distribution of the
joint ISS/PCsat visibility windows to both the AMSAT-BB and SAREX lists

With this direction, it would be uncouth to just change the message and
post to both lists anyway. SO considering that this was a special one
time, FIRST for AMATEUR RADIO TEST, that significantly impacted the ISS
and all users on the SAREX list, and was also of presumable interest to
the AMSAT-BB, I must choose only one list.... Hummh...
I must choose the SAREX list, because we cannot let things as important as
the CHANGE Of ISS freuqnecies and impact on all SAREX users not be posted
there. So I will try to avoid any posting to the AMSAT-BB about the
schedule, operating times or announcements about ISS packet operations.
Or should I not post to the sarex list? Hard to choose.
I agree completely with the general concept of not cross posting to both
lists. But I worry about draconian arbitrary measures that prohibits it
in all cases. But maybe that is really the right answer.
Maybe I should just post to AMSAT-BB and then make a separate short
one-line announcement to the SAREX list that they need to subscribe to the
AMSAT-BB to see the details.. More work for me, but presumably the vast
majority of us are on both and are tired of hitting the "D" key an extra
time...
