[amsat-bb] Nova for Windows Help!

Just changed operating system from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 and now Nova
can't see my Kansas City Tracker Interface Board.
Tried changing the I/O on the board but still getting, Unable to intialize
hardware interface Warning.
Try running InstantTrack in Dos Mode with the Kansas City Tracker DOS
Drivers and still - NO GO!

I Figure it has to be the Windows 2000 Operating System Causing the Problem
because I can take an old Version of DOS on a bootable floppy and load the
Kansas City Tracker DOS Drivers and it see's the board just fine.

I know, just get rid of 2000 and put Windows 98 back on.
Any help would be appreciated
