Re: Congratulation! The AO-40 is now BACK...

Congratulation!
On Orbit#911, I have a very good QSO on AO-40. Big strong MB (peaking S9+20)
and also my signal return.
Have many nice QSO without noticable QSB.
Seems the Command team have done their job perfectly...... and all my
respect for their continuous effort to keep the bird on good shape.

What I dont understand is, some days ago (4 days to be exact), it perform
terribly weak with deep QSB and all of the sudden it improves substantialy.
While the Alon/Alat, or Squint angle does not really changing (last time was
about 34 degree, and last nite is about 30 degree) the quality of the bird
is improving by a large margin.
Did they (the command team) do some magic thing to this bird?
