RE: Wideband FM ATV on 2400 MHz
i love these wirelss devices.
working in a warehouse as security and with nothing else better to do, i
take my 736, aidc 2.4 d/c and i small helix.
stats of the warehouse, 200+ pkms symbol laser guns and 100+ printers with
wireless lan adapters.
oh yes, and add the office pc's, despatch, picking desk and so on, all of
which use wireless lan.
having a listen about, and the noise is way too much as you could guess.
add the fact we have 4 other 500,000 sq ft warehouses next to us all using
the same type of system.
5 mile down the road, the noise drops off very sharply.
oh well, glad i live 30 mile in the other direction :).
anyways, just a quick question, whats wrong with 2.5ghz? why couldnt they
give them that part of the spectrum?.
or 1.5 ghz, or at least around the 1ghz mark, apart from 1.2/1.3 for us, and
1.8 and 1.9 for mobile phones (1.8 uk 1.9 us afaik)
Speak to you later.
