[amsat-bb] re: AO-7 gone again? (mode B authorized)

I have been wondering about this for months and would also like an explaination.
It can only be one of two answers.  Either its an oversight, you know the kind
that politicians do when when make a mistake and then go "oop's" i guess i shouldnt
have done that.  OR  its the 'cowardly' way of trying to keep mode B activity at a minimum
on the satellite. This would of course include changing it to mode A as often as possible
when it comes up in mode B.

Well , which answer is it?
