[amsat-bb] second request for e-mail to Goddard server

I give the -bb one more try.. I have been feeding Goddard every day with the
US pass of AO-40 telm for internet P3 users. The last week or so I do not
think I am doing anyone a service. I feed, but never see the re-feed on P3
looking at Goddard 128.183.143.104 port 1024. I need to communicate with
them or just drop the feed and go with only the Archive.
Does anyone have an e-mail address for one of the operators of the Goddard
Server, used to distribute the AO-40 telm via P3?
