re: AO-7 gone again? (also RS-15)

I heard the 2m beacon this past evening during a pass over the Pacific
Ocean. But i've generally been hearing the 10m beacon during most passes
over North America. Given the AO-7 70cm uplink is now outside of the
70cm satellite sub-band and that RS-12/13 appears no longer operational,
it sure looks like AO-7 might be being sensibly commanded into Mode A when
it is in range of a suitable ground station.

I've also been hearing the RS-14 2m CW beacon alot lately and i think
this past evening, the beacon disappeared somewhere over Canada when the
satellite went into the Earth's shadow. So do note, both of these birds
only seem to operate properly when they're sunlit. Like AO-27, don't
worry if these birds don't seem to be working at night.
