in FAQ I found the number that I was looking for:

LEILA is 8 db below MB.

I was using all available power (50W on uplink to 11 el cross "cheap yagi").
 When LEILA  kicked me out my signal was around S2, beacon around S9,
range ~35 000 km....
LEILA was somewhere twice or more stronger than my signal, so probably I
didn't have
any desense on my own RX . At 30W  I was already friendly to LEILA :-).

But how Domenico somehow mastered  to get  above LEILA !!!!!????
How he became so friendly to LEILA ?

Only thing that I'm wondering about is CP.
Is really good CP so effective with bad squints?

Also question is can we trust LEILA at least 90% of the time and do
 not worry about how much below MB we are, at least most of us :-)  ?
