[amsat-bb] 2 x Soundcards in PC

Greetings Bill:

Two Sound cards in a PC under Microsoft is challenging, under Linux it is 
trivial.  LINRAD, an SDR program, under Linux works excellently with as 
many as three sound cards. Two for V and H antenna plus receiver inputs and 
a third for audio out to a local speaker.

It is definite however that it can be done, hint for you, go exploring 
around the Music on a PC community, they have solved the problems of Sound 
cards in a number of innovative ways.
