I have successfully received/decoded AO-16 signals using MIXW but have yet to
get a single packet digipeated via AO-16 using UPW for transmit. I'm
transmitting on 145.900 FM using UPW through my Rigblaster Soundcard interface
(same unit works fine on APRS ground, ISS and PCSAT packet using AGWPE and
UISS) - I have verified that my rig is keying and the audio level is in the
ballpark by listening to 145.900 on a handheld.
Anyone have an idea of what I might be doing wrong.
