Rather then send email to 10 or so individuals, a general thank you to
all of you who responded to this question. I'm still running portable,
but I am elmering someone who is putting together a satellite station at
home, and the computer control of a G-5500 is all new to me.

In fact, he worked the ISS last night, and spoke to one of the Russians
on board Alpha as well as one of the shuttle astronauts, just using his
"normal" 2M SSB beam.
