Pictrack is my rotator controller based on microchip 16f876 (no pcb
available but schematics and firmware is on line for download).
The hardware accept data via RS232 from every program that send pointing
data via serial line in EASYCOM format, and drive any combination of rotors
(at our local radio club we use this tracker with kempro models) that has a
potentiometer to read position and a AC motor.
The device has also LCD display and manual control, so that is possible to
substitute the original controllers without any mods.
We have succesfull tested all the stuff with WxTrack
(http://www.david-taylor.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/software/wxsat.htm) under
Windows and Predict (http://amsat.org/amsat/software/PC/tracking/) under
Linux.
