For a very simple LEO type tracking using only a TV rotator and a $20
opto-isolator interface, see

This is not suitable for AO-40 or precise pointing to a few degrees. But
for keeping a UHF or VHF yagi on the fast flying LEO's it is good enough
and will run on any old PC (with DOS).
